 Return and exchange policy. Our policy for returns is valid 14 days upon delivery if for any reason you are unhappy with your item or change your mind, you must contact us within the 14 days, unfortunatley we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this time.

Any items to be returned to us must be in its original packaging undamaged,  unopened and unused. Return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.

All our items are handmade with love by our artistans products ordered may have slight variations and flaws, this makes every item unique.

Processing: received orders will be picked and packed within two days of orders placed. delivery to the united kingdom and USA should be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Delivery claims: in the event of non delivery or the carrier states the package has been delivered ,but you have not recieved yor items please contact us within 5 working days.

we will investigate with you and the carrier, please note claims can take up to 30 days to be dealt with depending on the carrier used and the final destination.Tjaan&co will not issue refunds for items that are marked as delivered.
